I cant understand why you would make a cowboy (roper) boot that would fall apart after riding with them one time. The leather just rubbed right off!! So dissatisfied and disappointed! Waste of money!!

User's recommendation: Beware.

Can't find anything made in USA that I like that's not size 7.5.

They are no longer producing the high quality USA boots they were known for. Same for Double H boots and Chippewa Boots. I finally realized I must stop surfing this family of "brands" and start shopping for boots made by U.S. boot makers instead. Like Whites for example. If I want cheap imports then I will shop from the people who made them and not from these greedy corporate jerks.

User's recommendation: Buy high quality U.S.A. boots while you can....while there are some left.

Not able to purchase Justin work boot that I've worn for many years

I've tried to purchase the Justin Style-Axe, Style #WK4908, size 11.5 D for over a year without success. I've tried all boot outlets. This has been the most comfortable for me for a number of years. Is Justin not going to offer this boot any longer? If not, just let me know and I'll stop searching. I have nothing negative to comment on about Justin Boots because I own a forty nine year old pair of Justin Lizard skins. Would appreciate a reply.

You must not care about your customers. I guess as long as you sell boots, thats all you care about. I have wrote before and got no reply whatsoever. This is like the fourth pair of boots Ive bought in the last few years and I have nothing but problems with your boots....

*** poor boots

Purchased a pair of work boots from Cavenders in Houston in March 2020 &;;;;;;;;;;;; it's barely November and they busted in the seams, and the manager of that store said tough luck. I always been a big fan of Justin but never again, mind you I did sayworkboats .

User's recommendation: Very poor service.

Need advice

I purchased a new pair of your boot at a western store. I love the look and they are comfortable except the seams on the inside shank are rubbing my ankles to the point of not being able to wear them at all. I have been trying for some time now and even took them to a shoe repair place to have the seams beat down so they didn't rub. Repair man said he cannot make them flat. What do i need to do here I paid over 200 dollars for them . Can you help me?

User's recommendation: Make sure the seams do not rub your ankled.

Wondering?

ok. I had many pairs of Justin boots over the years I have also had some other brand names at times but lately I have stuck with Justin's because they were made in the USA so the tags said. But I just bought a new pair the other day the lace up boot and didn't notice where it said made with Global Parts,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, what does that mean you are getting parts of the boots made in china and then putting them together in the US that is such *** the main reason myself and other bought Justin Boots is they were made in the US but doesn't look that way now. unHappy.....

I had to cut the back side my work boot in order to take it off

Justin Boots - I had to cut the back side my work boot in order to take it off
The inside liner ripped behind my right heel and the only way I could remove my boot was to cut the back side of my boot with a knife

Basically brand new boots falling apart

I have a pair of very little worn Justin boots made in China that are literally coming apart. The leather or vinyl on the uppers is coming off in pieces. These boots have hardly been worn. They have spent most of their time in the closet, so I can't imagine what kind crap Justin is using to manufacture their boots.

User's recommendation: By another brand. Justin ignored an email I sent them.
