Bad customer service

About two months or so ago I needed a new pair of boots. I have had several people suggest that I get a pair of Justins because I would love them so after heavily debating on the only brand Irish setter I wore I made the switch I bought supposedly the best Justin boot you could buy for the type of work I do.

I have been very easy on these boots. The outside still looks brand new. The insides have fallen completely apart I cannot get my boot off hardly at night when Im off work so I called their customer service today and explain the issue and is a typical man. I do not have my receipt because I do not save receipts Lady flat out said theres nothing I can do for you.

Good luck to you bye very very dissatisfied you can obviously tell these boots are still brand new. Ive had a bad pair with Irish setter once and I called him and they replaced him immediately. No questions asked hands-down.

Best customer service that you could ever get is with the Irish setter. I will never spend another dollar on a pair of Justin boots again never and I highly recommend nobody else do it either.

Inside fell apart. Again.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I replaced the first pair from TSC after the inside stitching just above the heel cup came apart on one boot, making it difficult to take the boot off. They came apart in about 2 months.

The second pair had the same thing happen in about 3 months.

I give up on this brand for quality reasons.

I had a pair I bought in the 90s that last 20+ years and multiple re-soles. They no longer live up to the brand.

I've had these boots for 2 months. I sit on a forklift and walk when needed.

The tongue has separated from the boot, the rubber traction on the bottom is coming off.

The hard part where the heel hugs has totally ripped open and little plastic pieces have come out, so now its structural integrity is no more. These boots were 250 dollars, and I have non-steel toe Cody James boots that I hate; however, I know they would hold up better than this crap.

I bought two pair of Justin boots. The first pair tore up in the front between the same and the soul of the boot.

Second pair broke down in the back of the boot.

I could barely get my boot off. Worst pair of boots Ive ever owned..Just over 3 months old.

Boots don't hold up

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Bought a pair of Justin boots and had them for 9 months and they completely fell apart. These boots I wore maybe one or twice a week to my office job.

They were my nice boots and out of nowhere all the stitching came undone. I've never had a pair of boots do this ever. Their quality has tanked and I'll never purchase another pair of their boots. They won't fix them or even do a partial refund without my receipt.

Boots should last years, not months so I never anticipated having to keep my receipt. Don't buy from them, their quality isn't there anymore.

The plastic around the heel broke (both boots) in around 7 months. I emailed Justin and never received any type of reply.

I bought them as work boots at Tractor Supply; I had always thought they were a quality product. Lesson learned.

I came here after a search on another brand led me here. While I told all my co-workers, it's good to be able to warn others.

Junk boots

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

After a buying over $200 pair of work boots the insole broke out within 30 days. After shipping them back and following the directions for the warranty I got the run around and the broken boots shipped back twice after I paid shipping. This company is disgusting and do not care that their products are junk.

Customer service is clueless as well.

They couldn't tell me a reasoning for anything. NEVER RECOMMENDED

Unethical business practices

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I ordered boots for my son's Christmas present and paid $25 in shipping because the website claimed it would be delivered on either the 23rd or 24th of December. However, they are not being delivered until the 26th.

When I emailed the company, they informed me that the cut-off for Christmas delivery was 1 pm EST and I ordered at 1:45 pm EST, then provided a screenshot from their website. Regardless of whatever small print they have on their site to justify their deceit, upon ordering, the shipping option clearly indicated it would be delivered on either the 23rd or 24th with 2nd day air delivery. Hence, I paid the $25 shipping charge to ensure they would arrive on time, but they ultimately won't be. Now, my son's present won't arrive and I'm out $25 in shipping.

This is unacceptable, deceitful, and sneaky. Never again.

Justin boot changed

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

For several years I have wore Justins crape sole boot. The last pair it completely changed and the product they have changed to to build the upper is stif and not anything like leather.

Very uncomfortable on my feet.

Im completely disappointed in Justin for even allowing that change to be made. I will find another boot maker till Justin corrects this.this is a WK4908 style

Last four pairs falling apart within 3 months

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I've been buying Justin Boots for over 20 years. The last four pairs of not last in one year altogether and now I'm a fifth pair and since I mark them up to $178 a pair for their cheapest that is all I can afford and they only last about 3 months.

The first pair of the backbone broke out of them the second pair leather tour within 3 weeks they refused to replace them third pair steel toe separated broke two of my toes fourth pair same thing along with the backbone braking.

I will never buy a pair of Justin Boots ever again. Buy a different boot
